Made with paint and a free image editor (the rest of the effects).
Just my version of a Commando.
I don't have Photoshop so It looks sloppy (no vector art) D:

I'm guessing you did this on your computer? I'm doing one on my app via sketch book app

Try making one on the iPod. It's pretty fun:)
App is called Sketchbook, I use the free version so I have limited things as you can see in the picture I have above lol. Thats from the lvl35 custom com gear, I'll have it finished someday lol.

Not too long ago amazon had the full paid version of Sketchbook for free. I snagged it then, now, I just need to lrn2draw. Hopefully, they'll have it again, but I have yet to see them offer an app for free twice.
Btw, here's a fine example of my artistic ability.
