Connection issue

What's up with the servers or it's just me? I'm getting red ping and it keeps spiking up!! It's just happening today. I tried to change my device it almost worked fine but I can't keep another device. What's wrong with the connection? Btw I'm able to watch a 1080p YouTube video but can't get yellow ping in AL(I get 300-400 normally). I tried reinstalling the game and now I'm stuck in the Android.apk packs download page , it's taking hours to get 2-3 packs downloaded!!!! What's wrong omg... I have to catch up on lb and I can't even get in the game....

It got fixed now on its on own I guess it was my connection not being stable for low internet usage. Thx for reply tho *-*.
