You only get a bonus when you equip at least two end-level vanity items. There are 3 of these vanities in game now, 1 could be acquired when the level cap was 56, and called 'crown of persistence', the second one was when the cap was 61, called 'shield of hallows' and the latest one is the lv 66 'mount fang armor'.

If you equip 2 of these vanities (doesn't matter which 2), you'll get a 'vanity set bonus', it will add following stats to your character: +5 dodge, +50 health and +10 armor.

Equipping the third vanity, together with the other two, would give you an extra: +1 crit, +5 health and +5 armor.

Edit: for all clarity, equipping 1 vanity item doesn't give you any stats increase.

Keep in mind that you WILL get the bonus if you get the next end-level (71) vanity item also. Just letting you know, so you won't get disappointed when the next level cap would be released :)

Hey Swimmingstar if you're already at halfway why not go for 66:)
You'll get this vanty with no stats but next time when the level cap increases again you'll have the vanity armor & the new vanity pet & you'll get 50 health 10 armor & 5 dodge Bonus:D

Ahhhhh!!! Thank you for clearing this up! (didn't subscribe to this thread *forgot to* so I'm just now viewing this) Really helps me out! Now definitely looking forward to cap raise!! ;)
