Creeping rifle 2000 damage proc

Creeping rifle doesn't deal 2000 damage to unbanishable targets (in both pve and pvp).

when i checked it in pvp it was dealing 40% damage (same as all other types of damage in pvp) + %damage from pet
so if pet gives 15% dmg, that proc in pvp should deal 2000*0,4*1,15=920 dmg
in pve it was dealing 2300 dmg,if pet gives 15%dmg, without elixirs (if pve enemies dont have %dmg reduce)

I'm under the assumption it's just 2000 pure damage when the target isn't banishable. I don't even see any extra damage apart from the gun auto when it procs in pvp

it has 2 different procs which doesnt connected to each other
-creating pool under you (which removes all pools)
-deals "2000" dmg

just checked in duel (both players were lvl71), proc deals 700 pure dmg (also that damage can be critical)
