Since it's hard for beginners to join guilds . we need something , like a board or whatever , contains the list of all guilds and their requirements ( maybe there's an option show you what guilds you are qualified to join .. )
And if the master or officers need to know more about the joiner , you can send a request and some of them meets you ..
Guilds can be open for everybody too .
