For a cheap upgrade, you could get a mireguard helm and armor with int/armor awakes. You can probably buy a rendtail ring with int/armor awakes (if you wish), or just get a legendary amulet and ring. You can get a lv 71 legendary belt for a small stats boost, and as for the weapon, depending on your money left, you could : a) Get a legendary staff with int% awakes, or b) Get a tainted staff
