The problem is that if you disassemble the house, the locations are inside the character, they do not return to the inventory like the furniture. only that.
They can be recovered by reopening the house and taking 1 for 1 but it becomes complicated to explain and the first time it happened to me I thought I lost the locations after selling the house...
