Based on the opinions of others, I’ve thus far gathered that Duggar bow does more proc dmg than Ebon bow, though ebon bow heals the caster. However, I’d like someone to clarify whether duggar bow really does more proc dmg than ebon bow (overall), and whether the +30m cost in price justifies the additional damage it does (if any).
