Awaken Gem Kits Bug? Cant Open More Awaken Slot

I tried to awaken my ebon helm that currently just have 1 awaken slot unlock. I open 100 awaken and still cant unlock other awaken slot. I thinks it bug. 100 awaken lost

Its normal. I even use 200 sometimes but still 1 slot awake 2 slot lock
