Because a post should be 11 characters long, and we add that "/11chars" for forums to let us post. Maybe you have noticed that posts that contain "/11chars" are usually short, like just "yes" or "bump".
Since we don't use Tapatalk or other third party apps for forums, we don't have the "Sent from my iPhone using Tapatalk " part like you do, and you have more than 11 characters in that part alone.
