Guide: miner Mcquirk

OK. hey guys. i ran delta 7: The Mother load about 3 times yesterday to help some new players who couldn't kill this boss. So i gathered some information about the boss, and what he does. I am hoping this guide helps many people with the boss.

Firstly, people think this boss is really hard, but in due awareness, it isnt too hard. The main aim is to keep running in a circle around the barrels. People think to kill these barrels, but you do not need to to successfully kill him. Secondly, keep your distance. dont stand too near the boss, and he will follow you if you if you keep running around the barrels.

He is supposed to run into the barrels and injure himself without you hurting him. in about 2 mins, you can kill him quite quickly.

Lastly, make sure you have a great team who contribute with you.

2nd day of my gameplay,2nd encounter with him,0 stims,lvl15 noob engi with 1 point in heal,leaderboards reset,80 deaths and never giving up.
From then i decided to tell new players every dungeon
1)Never get out of the circle coz he follows you and heals to full.
2)Dont shoot just run and evade.
3)Engis revive engis first.
4)Stay dead in circle and wait for others if his HP is not full.
5)He dies himself.

TRICK:-Go through the barrels while he is following u but be careful of getting out of circle.

Mine is simple:p

•stay in the circle, and run around in it.
•don't shoot BC he kills himself.

or... ask MimeRifle to join you. I sit there on one side and let McQuirk hammer on me for ten minutes while nobody else is bothered by him, you get loot. Bada Bing! (Ah, the guilty pleasure of running lower-level campaigns with a high-level tank. Feelings of immortality! Mwah-hahaha!!)

Too kill faster (I reccommend for higher lvl players). When he starts stomping

Run near him blow up and barrel and run away because when u blow up a barrel bugs come out and when he stomps
The rocks fall on the exploding bugs and he gets damaged more

Run around the perimeter of the area in a clockwise motion, anti-clockwise leaves room for error and possible resets that you do not want.

When he stops he loses HP, you stop with him (keeping a little distance) when he starts to get ready barge you, run! But only when he starts moving not before!

Then keep running clockwise around the wall, you should by now have the little squids following you tap on each one and kill them to stop any unnecessary damage. Keep repeating this process and he will finally fall to his death.

If you want to kill him quicker when he stops shoot the barrel closest to him and he will be dealt with more damage tho only do this when you are fully confident of the first method.

Well this is what I know.

•Commando should go in first and every time he charges you put on increase mass and vigor

• The engis should spam heal the commando.

• The ops should shoot the barrels when McGuirk stops and when they shoot the barrel it should be the one closest to him and then they should change their targets.

• The ops and engis should stay on the opposite side of the commando unless the comm needs a heal.

• The ops should only focus on the squids when McGuirk is running around

•The one that is being chased should never and I mean NEVER wuss out and leave the room cause your just gonna die anyways if you fight this guy and it ruins it for anybody that wants to kill him because he heals that way. >.>

He dies pretty quick if you just run around and spam pots if/when he whacks you.
