Dark North outfit Title and Achievement

I was wondering why there is no title and achievement for this outfit, since there is for the rest of the outfits? Dark North was the most expensive one, can we pretty please have a color title for it? I love the outfit.

Maybe a title colorful like sinful shopper but with dark blue shades? Take your time and please consider it, thank you!
