Prince Lev'Lar returns to Alterra to drop XP Orbs and Experience Kits!

+ Hunt down Prince Lev'Lar, loot his XP and sail to Level 110 with style and ease!
+ The Prince has a minimal chance to spawn anywhere in the realm (when a dungeon chest is opened).
+ Speak to Queen Avanca aboard the Sailing Ship in the "Legend of Ebonthrax" Campaign and buy the trade-friendly Hunters' Elixir Kit.
+ The Prince has a much higher chance to spawn when defeating monsters in the "Isle of Night" and "Onyx Castle" areas - but only when the Hunters' Elixir is active.

Special Kits and Vanity Items for Capped Legends!

+ Prince Lev'Lar does not drop XP Orbs for Legends that are already Level 110.
+ However, in addition to XP Kits, Level 110 players have a chance to loot Elixir Kits, Makeup Kits and special vanity items!
+ Look for The Legend's Pocket Fishin' Rod, The Angler's Fishin' Pole, The Fiery Phoenix Bow, and The Storm God's Hammer...

+ Level 110 players also have the opportunity to loot new 5X Damage and 5X Experience Elixir Kits
+ Prince Lev'Lar also has a chance to drop the (brand new) "Electric Eye" and "Burning Gaze" Makeup Kits (again for Level 110's).

This event is scheduled to run for one week - from Thursday January 16th at 1:30pm Central until January 23rd.

I would like to say that levlar still drops exp orbs whether your 110 or not.

So there are some complexities to keep in-mind with this. To get the benefits of the 110 loot list you need to be fighting monsters that are in the Level 110 content.
If you go to a zone where the maximum monster level is a lot lower you'll get drops from the 'lower level' portion of his loot list. For instance if the dungeon is for levels 10 to 15 and you go there as a 110 and you get Lev'Lar to spawn, he's going to be ~level 15 when he dies. Hope this makes sense :-)

If you're not hunting for him in the Level 110 campaign with the Elixir active, you'll only get him to spawn from popping chests.
Running in "Legend of Ebonthrax" with the Elixir gives you a chance to spawn him from a monster (and there are lots of those).

Will the elixir work in other areas? I am not seeing really any chests in the Ok'Tal Odyssey areas I have access to.

The Elixir is only meant to work in the "Legend of Ebonthrax" campaign maps.
