when i use arcane deary pet arcane ability on the boss near when his almost die, after boss die the portal come up and instant disappearance. i see it but cant use it or anything... is it bug?

The AA briefly shows a portal - maybe that's what you're seeing? The actual portal that can come up after zone completion should last 90 seconds, and I haven't seen it not do so. Are you seeing something different?
