Change Kil'Joy's Health Bar

While fighting Kil'Joy and a boss (or another Kil'Joy) at the same time, it can be hard to tell how much health the boss and Kil'Joy has, so replacing Kil'Joy's boss health bar with a regular health bar will make it easier to keep track of health.
