[TzatOps]

+ Kil'Joy's health, armor, damage and critical hit chance have been reduced for lower levels.
+ The Kil'Joy Hunters' Elixir now displays a unique icon on the HUD when it is active.
+ The message "Kil'Joy has been found!" appears on the HUD and in the Chat window when Kil'Joy is discovered.
+ Removed Kil'Joy's big banner health bar in favor of a small overhead one.
+ Kil'Joy should not spawn from mobs that infinitely respawn.
+ Duggar's Death Engine Daggers proc cooldown should now properly apply in PvP.

Only Players can "fix" this - by playing the required maps to advance the bar. It is working as intended (but players are not concentrating on the Vardan Valley maps that open the Valley Gates rn).

Most monsters do not spawn 'infinitely.' Kil'Joy spawning from infinitely re-spawning monsters was an exploit and has been fixed.
Hunt Kil'Joy in places where the monsters spawn only once.

Im f2p and i looted rifle using the plat from double offers.
Also as a f2p you can farm and buy it with gold, but if you pretend to buy on first days after released, better prepare a good amount of gold. Otherwise, just wait for impatients buying at crazy price, price will eventually drop

Of course ... My Hc char died because killjoy spawned without even using elixir and did me 1 hit! Every year same problems . No comment .
