Number of Players: 16 (More spots will open IF there is a significant number of players who want to join)
Type: Single Elimination

Description:
Lvl 10-15 tournament where players fight 1 on 1 in Conflict Resolution. All types of are welcome to join (Operative, Commando & Engineer)

Start Date of Tournament: January 16th

Rules

Players must be between levels 10-15
1 character per competitor
Competitors must say Ready, Set, Go at the start of each Skirmish
Competitors must wait for eachother to get to full hp before each battle (Unless both agree not to)
All fights are to be done in the 1v1 map (Conflict Resolution)
The score limit is 10, players must win by 2 or more.
Players must show proper etiquette both in and out of the tournament.
Players must be truthful in their match results
Players must send a screenshot of the end fight, if not both players must send me a pm of who won.
Prolonging fights for over 3 days will result in Disqualification


By joining this tournament you accept to abide by these rules. Breaking any rule will result in immediate Disqualification from the tournament

Prizes:
125k for 1st place
50k for 2nd place
Semi finalist get 5k each

I'll accept any amount of donations towards the prize.

As Kano said, you need to do the map twice.

If it ends in a 10-9, then you must restart and do the maps another 2 times, until there is a decisive victor with a score of 10-8, 10-7, 10-6, 10-5.......10-0

Well at the rate of people are signing up all 16 spots look like they'll fill up as soon as the forum gets a bit more active.

If 16+ people want to join, then I will open 16 more spots.
But, if there are atleast 16 people that want in, I won't open any more spots. That is because if I do open less than 16 more spots, the tournament bracket will need to go up to 32 instead of the origninal 16. Why? because 16, 32, 64, 128 etc are all divisble by 2 and make it so that every competitor has an opponent. If there aren't, in total, 32 competitors, then some people will have no round 1 opponent.

What I thought up of, was to have alternates. So if someone's opponent is a "no show" and is disqualified, then their new opponent will be from the Alternates list.

I predict that I'm not going to need to open 16 more spots, so the competition may stay at 16 and have an alternates list.

- 16 more people join making it a 32 people tournament

- Alternative List. This list will be used for the 1st round only if a competitor is no where to be found. Being on this list mean that you have a to be able to take fights on short notice. Better than nothing(:

I came up with a solution for this. Using my alternates list. I have chinsekid who can join. and also Spartanzzz. They will both fight as if they were in round 1 and the winner of that will go to round 2. Just like if they were in the tournament to begin with.
I want this to happen ASAP. So that Blind doesn't have to wait long.

@Blind, I'm sorry it's such an inconvenience for you. I didn't go out of my way last week because the tourney info wasn't updated and I had finals at school; I assumed the next round would continue when it was announced.

I learned otherwise 3 days ago, and there have been problems coordinating. The first meeting place, I showed up. The other two times he proposed were while I was busy. I would like to apologize for the way this tourney has been.
