Add proc for legendary weapon too in future

It would be nice if STS add some proc for high lvl legendary items too.

Been suggested several times, tbh I don't understand why they haven't included legend weapons with procs alrdy, winter event would have been a great time to release a legend weapon with an ice related proc for those who can't afford to pay so much gold for arcane weapons.

+1 ! Last legendary weapon with proc was probably during 46, we need this.

Last legendary weapon with proc was at cap 56 I think, the craftable Cryostar weapons.
Lvl61 cap had dusk weapons but those had passive effects rather than procs.
