Co-Leadership for Guilds!

Another Idea that i think should be added towards the game is a Co-Leadership System. This would be extraordinary once you think about how many guilds have died after their leaders quit or was banned from the game. With this added there won't be any stress of having to await or get in contact with the guild leader to either promote or add more players towards the guilds population.

I do not believe there should be a player limit for how many Co-Leaders are in the guild. Nor do i believe the Co-Leader should have every ability thw that leader has, i believe they should not be able to disband the guild for one. Let's see if we can get any support towards this thread.

Possibly an owner rank for whoever creates the guild initially or if it is transferred due to that person leaving, as well as the current leader rank that could have some type of voting system for members, if the current leader has been inactive for over 30 days or some set time.
