Banned?

I'm sure everyone says that they are when it happens, but I'm legitimately and totally shocked.

Has my account been hacked? Is there any recourse? Not sure what's going on here or what I could have possibly done. I'm not spamming, scamming, glitching or a jerk. I have two 45s and a 20. I've invested a ton of time. Makes me a little upset to say the least.

The devs don't discuss bannings in the public forum. You have to email them at support[AT]spacetimestudios.com to discuss the situation. Not all bans are permanent, so you may not be totally out of luck...

Edit: And BTW, that's not what everyone says. Everyone says "my brother did it" lol

Should also say: totally impressed by StS support. Got a conclusive response within 5-10 minutes. Pretty amazing compared to some of the other MMOs I've played.
