Guild Suggestion

Ive seen a lot of people selling their guilds nowadays and to make it more secure i came up with this idea:

After purchasing a guild, the master will receive an item that goes into your inventory titled: Guild Ownership Deed.

For saftey, this item will be un-liquidateable (if thats a word :p)

When a person has lost interest in their guild, they can sell the deed in the trade screen.

When transfering leadership, the deed is automatically transfered to the new leaders inventory.

The deed does not take up an inventory slot.

OR:

Since the inventory isnt the best place for the deed, there would be a new tab titled: Guild Management

This page would hold all info for the guild.

Not bad :)
But this will encourage more and more people to sell their guilds for gold...
Maybe sts didn't expect us to sell guilds originally.

Maybe a price limit that comes with the deed depending on # of members/gh size?
