Can't create an account. Help please!

Hello, I am trying to create an account, but when I submit my info (all green check marks), the next page has a blank scroll and a button saying "continue". When I select it, it goes back to the previous page but with red x's on the passwords? Any suggestions on how to fix this?

I'm guessing that your password it too short. I'm not sure the exact amount, but your password must have a certain amount of characters. Try that and see what happens.

Passwords are most likely either too short, or do not match.

Can passwords contain symbols? Can passwords contain your username in them? Some websites don't let you do so, I wouldn't know since my password contains neither....
