Maybe you didn't actually send it or your Internet could be acting up so it didn't appear (experienced this myself a couple of times in the past). Another reason could be improper language used. Whatever the case is, if it's gone now, the only thing you can do is try and repost it again. To prevent this in the future, it's safer to copy your post to your notepad before actually sending it :)
