Missing Items

Has or have any one had or have any missing items?

This has been brought to supports attention but with no success. So I am asking if anyone else is experiencing this?

On or around 01/03/2012 i was browsing cs. I had recently looted a 65 Orlok Regal Shield. I had the items and capabilities to craft it into a crafted item. So I crafted it. I within days sold my crafted Orlok regal shield for 950k. With the 150k I had it made 1.150 m. Or near to that.
I already own a full crafted Orlok set. I have a crafted helm & wing Chiroptera pieces. So with the looting of a NEW Orlok shield I craft it and sell it for 950k.
I have a vampyric dagger. I purchase a 65 Sanguine Vampyric dagger and decide to craft it. 1.05m. I buy the dagger and crafting materials. When I go to craft it, I'm missing the dagger. Again I spent 600k for a dagger then 200k+ for items. But the dagger is gone.
So I report to STS. Whahhhttt? Yeah I did. Funny thing is when all come & say, no record of a new Orlok Shield. Was told I was wearing what I looted. Also was told i sold it in next email by a total different email representative! Either or I was told i lied and I NEVER lie. They never looked.

Nope, never had that and neither heard of this happen to anyone else before.

As for STS not looking into it and simply telling you that you're lying, never heard of that before either. The only thing I know is that STS logs every single action/transaction/chat that a player performs. And, unless there's a serious server crash, these records should be correct.

Maybe you accidentally sold it, thinking it was another item. Happened to me before. Whatever the case may be, if support can't help you with it, you should just move on.

My item disappeared the other day. It was a level 5 dragonkin hat. Not sure what happened to it. My guess, however, is that I lagged out while liquidating helms and never noticed.. Could it be the same happened to you and that's why they said you "sold it"?

It happened to my sl vanities. At one point i had 3 bandanas. Next day i noticed that there were only 2 of them. I checked all my toons carefully couple of times. So it stayed like this for a week. It basically dissapeared. Then couple of weeks later it appeared right back in my stash, so i had 3 again. Lmao.

Same thing here. Lost a very valueable item. not sure what is was but one day i had 2.5mill the nxt 800k.

I lost my stapler at work, I haven't emailed support about this but I hope it turns up because I really need it....LMFAO
