Clock bug (Sorc skill)

Sometimes when i use clock skill in portal it does not spawn, the falling animation shows but the clock isnt on the ground and it does not make any dmg

yes, i realized that too. I think the other skills are also weird (Some type of delay or skill does not reach the target) ... pls check.

Fireball was hitting weird target that farr away....
