Im emphasizing on the new buff in orrick and wondering..that luck rerolls your loot from epic to legend...and when u reroll a legendary u either get back a legendary or get better loot..and if u loot an arcane items..u wont reroll anything....but i feel like this system is broken...for example..u do loot an arcane in orrick..but no suprise..the arcane is either red bag or root of depression...
Just 1 question...is all arcane or set..have the same drop rate...or every arcane and set has its different drop rate..
Ps: Pls...dont make this into a discussion..I jus need the answer from the mods...
