Question about Dreamscape Quests

Hello I am trying to complete the Dreamscape Quests but I can’t se to enter dreamscape because I am above lvl 66. If this is the case I think that this should be changed as this quest is a story quest and it wouldn’t make sense to block someone from completing a story quest because they went a past a certain level.

This was already changed long ago. Enter nightmare zone and defeat Ashera. Then sleep in a bed and you'll be able to enter low level dreamscape map to complete that quest.
