Old player needs new info

Winter has set in up here giving me a little extra time to play SL again. Last I was here Numa had just come out. So I have a few questions(I have used search but not much luck).
1. What are the sets and what levels are they?( mostly just interested in commando)
2. Are there still just three combined class combos?
3. Are there single class combos?(cant remember)
4. Are there cap items I may have missed?
5. Are the health and mana pots still weak?(meaning they dont heal much, or give much mana)
6. Do we have to say "go" in pvp?
7. What happened to Gears of War guild? (I was in, now gone I think)

lvl 30 - Meganaut , Atomic , Chromaweave
lvl 35 - Titan Tech ,Plasma tech,Blade Tech
lvl 40 - BattleShell , Runetech, Symbiotic

* Note : lvl 30-40 sets have the custom crafted variant available

4. yes the helmet the lvl 36 cap

Gears of War just went away with the wind. I heard it is being revived.

Also, since u were in numa.
Pink items have appeared.
helm for engi, armor for com, pants for op in sloucho map. Random drop.
3 pink guns from shipyard map final boss.
(Bonus with pink shield from platinum shop)
And some junk pinks from platinum winter map except for low lvl shield.

Edit: purple custom set have bonus and animation.
