Only the arcane lockeds have them -.-
Normal lockeds dont.

Yes, the arcane Hug locks that cost 300k each. Not seeing many more 76 arc weapons for sale so wondering if nobody is opening these. Are they 1 pull only?

And keep in mind they are arcane rarity, so chance of pulling 1 in lock is very small.

Only supposed to be in the arcane crates in this event. Not a bug, closing.
