Dozer aegis proc

please check the proc of dozer aegis as i am not getting any armor or mana regen buff when the weapon proc.
Can anyone also confirm?

If the proc does not regenerate and it takes a long time to activate the procd it takes too long please check the skull doze aigs prod thanks

I already made a thread about this in here and general discussion but got no response yet since yesterday from the devs

tittle in this section skull aegis kind of useless in general discussion aegis is useless

Well I even wonder if my thread devs are checking it or not lol

I understand the proc spawn process random due to aegis op dmg and I already suggest to nerf it a bit and buff the spawn proc to be as fast as doz axe proc spawn so the weap will be balance ....

The proc description on the aegis was wrong and has been corrected. It affects strength and crit, not mana regen and armor.
