+ Hugthulu's Altar is no longer usable during combat.
+ Corrected the descriptions of Death Engine Aegis, Staff and Dagger proc effects.
+ Fixed an issue with Skratch's Death Engine Rifle not applying its full target debuff.
+ Event crates now give items at level 1.
Skull dozer rifle?should be skratch rifle @.@

At level 1 locked crates now drop items, thanks.
However, everything is of level 2+ even when you pop them on level 1 toon.
Can we please have those legendary/epic/rare items scaled from level 1? Last time I asked about the same some Dev (Vroom?) responded that level 1 items are fearful for them lol
For most people this sounds weird but there are collectors and some other people who have been looking for this for a while. Consider this as another way to get fun :)

No, level up to 2 if you want to use them.
