I'm lvl 20, 100 spec points. I bought myself a respec, what is a good setup to do, I don't simply want to max out dex

How much dex does your equipment require? Put that many points in dex, put points in int until it goes up to 11 because of the 1m/s, and the rest in str.
By the way, I can raise your hand due to my super telekinesis powers.
