Huge Mage Bug! please fix asap

I was just PvPing on my L23 mage and I couldn't figure out why noobs were beating me for the longest time!

The two Mage buffs (both blessings) aren't doing anything! They simply do nothing...

Go in game, Write down your skills (without buffs), them use your Mage buffs. Nothing happens to your stats whatsoever.

Please fix asap!

I realize that.. I have a L23, L26, and L30 PvP Mage. They just need to fix asap.

The dead bird noises are from the emote pack. It the "mad" emote.

Dang that must suck! Kite bud! Wand and shield kiting is great against bears (staff is too).

Ah ok, I didn't realized why I kept finding myself dead so easily when another characters (bears/birds) were buffed. Thanks for the info^^
