Ok so as many People Have noticed since the last update Mage buffs Do not work.

The minute I enter Pvp I see people taken adavntage of this. I know STS hopefully, Probably didnt mean for this to happen. So Just letting People know and STS. Till then I would keep mages outta battle.

Hope this gets fixed ASAP.

I just checked, and the buffs do not work in PvP. I dont know about PvE though

On Friday we put in place a change to all buff type abilities to prevent a possible exploit. While this fixed an exploit, it had the consequence of making the self component of the Mage buffs not stack with the group component. The Team is aware of the issue and working on a fix. Our apologies for the inconvenience of this bug and Thanks for your patience and understanding.

Hehe. Mages are op this cap w the craft set so not seeing so many mages is a relief lol. Making good use of my bird and will prolly level my bear to 65 if mot maybe 66 before cap raise. They are still killing however, in ffa/ctf. Mages should be support via heals, buffing party, and aoe damage. NOT MOTHERSHIPS.
Maybe a revamp of buffs would help? Keep the crit but reduce to 30 damage increase, or vice versa? 60 crit is twice as much as bears and birds.

At this point, re-enabling the buffs would probably be the lesser evil. Only a handful of people know how to use the bug and of that, even a smaller proportion are unethical enough to actually use it.

Every set has had it's turn to be very powerful relative to the others. Strongmans was relatively OP compared to the other sets in its day and bears were very, very powerful. So was custom. That is no excuse to make mages underpowered. I notice that you made no complaints in the 61 era despite this, likely because you were a pally and in the 56 days because pally was always effective versus bird.

Bears were only good vs mages, for once. They could finally kill a mage! Mages were shocked they lost. Yes birds usually have their hay day w opness lol. Opness! Pallys have been good vs birds. This time mages kill everything easily in like 2 hits. Such high reg, crit, armor, dmg, the works.

There are only a handful of good bears today. But in 1v1, I cannot beat the very best bears. No int mage can.

Actually it has always been keep the crit but reduce to 30 damage increase..................................... d
