Special rooms/things in guild halls.

There should totally be special rooms in guild halls!

I for one would like an arena, like a fight club for guild members to pvp for fun or for rewards.

Disco room.

Robot butlers (in higher tier halls).

Meeting room with round/square table.

Bulletin boards for memos and etc info.

Shooting range.

Decor, like plants, screenshots of GM and members, kitty pics, statues etc.

A cage for guild members that have been bad. MUST

Lets not forget cake in any form or size.

Meeting room with round/square table. That would be awesome - you wouldn't have to use guild chat for conversations, you could come to a private zone.

Bulletin boards for memos and etc info. Good idea - for announcing guild contests and so forth.

Shooting range. With training dummies, I'm guessing? That'd be excellent for testing weapons.

Decor, like plants, screenshots of GM and members, kitty pics, statues etc.Lol, kitty pics, but definitely. Customising the guild halls is a great idea in my opinion.

A cage for guild members that have been bad. MUST Do we actually need to cage bad guildies? Clean up or kick might be better, it's the policy our GM follows.

Lets not forget cake in any form or size. Agreed, althought you must know the cake would be a lie.

Oh, I see! I thought you really meant it as a punishment :hopelessness: lol, oops! I like the idea of having it as a joke :excitement: especially if officers could "cage" people as one of their "powers" (although things like kicking and officer chat are obviously not really powers, I couldn't think of a better word. Responsibilities, maybe?)
