Was dropping my HC characters hp. The person using was deliberately doing so.l I thought this was fixed before though. Also need a clarification regarding this, does a death outside Fester arena and daily fire cannons quest, in a town, count as permanent death?

Only PvE zones cause permanent death, and Krampus AA can't kill you.
