If you are rooted u can search for cyanogenmod 9(ICS from cm) i bet they work on one even my cheapy zte blade gonna get one (for my device its still in alpha status:camera doesnt work and some minor bugs) try google cm9 for htc evo 4G:)
Or if you like how ics look just download ics launcher(free and paid with more thing customizeble)

Hehe, I just got a simple go launcher theme off market for free. It only covers home screen and doesn't let you do all widgets but you can switch between sens and ics so it's fine with me. I also installed keyboard. But the full experience with multi and stuff in all the youtube videos look way better.
