Will PvP gear tremendously lose their value if this concept comes to AL?

If you mean pvp gear at low level twinking...no
..because it already is tremendously low.

Pvp awakes for high end arcane /set /mythic at optimum level has 2 scenarios:
With proc catering to farming --->it won't .
With-OUT a proc catering to farming --> it will.

Para stoned gear won't if another aura type stone dosen't come out..
If else it will drop.

With all this aside...
Honor pvp will be one of the BEST things to be added to this game in a long time not considering the fantastic events we are enjoying on weekly basis.
