They usually have a very small budget and some people dont care about 100k. I believe thats why they keep doing this.

Normally people will put them on ignore list, that make them spam more..in fact nobody can see what they shout about.

Buy merch they may say, but once you interact with them they will buy lowball. I think I had one of them offer 4m for my nekro egg a few days ago.
Them spamming chat is more like saying "Buy ignore list!"
