Any campaign past cycorp (to my knowledge) can drop a vanity on any level, any mob, chest, or boss. If you want a super expensive vanity I'd say give Numa, or Voleria a shot. Sloucho just drops Tragedy, Zany Glasses And Comedy as far as I know. Delta and Shipyard have dropped expensive vanities as well.

try farming guardian for four hours straight
u may not get a vanitiy but u will get a whole bunch of greens and maybe if u go two days straight farming for four hours at a time
i think a vanity will probably drop

vanities drop when u least expect it
specifically farming for vanities
results in frustration and high chances of quiting
quiting means no vanity at all
