Click the ingredients and it will show what you need to craft them. Vendor is located in Garreta for some of the ingredients

not a fan of the glintstone set but I think u just do map runs.
Also from what I heard it's not worth the time for the set.

It gives 250 aps which makes it worth it for me alone.
