it's hard to proc,so far all the buff are good & fine, only the proc rate really low compared to skull axe which have been buffed on lunar event, I hope developers look into this weapon proc rate, I almost died before this weapon proc , I really appreciate dev's hard work into making this great new arc weapons, thank you
