Guild position next to guild name in profile?

I think it'd be a nice addition to have Guild Master, Officer, Recruiter or Member next to the guild name in your in-game profile. They could be abbreviated of course for space constraints, and a check box in options to hide that position if so desired.

May be useful for those who may not frequent the forums (thereby not reading guild threads), that way they could address a recruiter if they were interested. Could also be useful in reporting inappropriate behavior (begging, scamming, etc.) to an officer or GM by being able to identify them.

And sure - membership info can and should be given by any guild member, but those players in the know could address the proper parties appropriately.

maybe the logo's next to our names could be different shapes to represent our rank like this to in town view and game views:

Yes great idea, ive thought about this before and always wished they would implement it. Currently you really have no way of knowing whos what in each guild just that they are in it. If its a real good guild kind of incentive to all of pl as you can show off "officer" in your profile to the public :p

I like the suggestion too. It also helps players identify which characters to talk to about joining a guild. Being able to see which characters are able to recruit would probably help people out.

Great idea. I think it would add more character definition; it could even be optional for GM's to decide whether or not display ranks in their guild.
