You need to go to lost expedition or frozen nightmares for items that level range. Swamps drops lv 35 items

If you use a level 30 character, you can drop level 31 or 30 items, but not everything in swamp scales. I think new swamp items scale to 31 33 35. Old swamp items I'm not sure. Maybe check CS to see if there's any varying levels.

Easiest is Lost Expedition, but many of those pinks are cheap if you just want to buy those. Frozen Nightmares will be very difficult for you, but is a good place to see how 'elite' you are. It is a plat dungeon, however. Again, if you have the gold, you might decide to just purchase those equips, rather than farm them.

But it's up to you.

thats a really good question. sxybabr tried to farm it in boss brawl (with the old scale system) and she had the problem that the threat level never went down enough. lowest drop was always 31.
try boss brawl now with ur lvl 30. if it wont drop there, better let stay farm that in regular maps with a lvl 30... would be megapain tho...
