I know Nuris does not glow but if I was to buy the L60 Charming and the Maestor baton of charming, will I still glow? If I wear anything that has the name charming will I still glow?:confused:

No. Only the L60 Glyph Charmin' Set will glow.

Following lv60 Charmin' items will 'make you glow' (=give you a set-bonus):

Wand set:
Glyph Hood of Charmin'
Glyph Wand of Charmin'
Glyph Cloth of Charmin'
Glyph Bracer of Charmin'

Staff-set:
Glyph Hood of Charmin'
Glyph staff of Charmin'
Glyph Cloth of Charmin'

Note that Lv56 and 58 also form a set which makes you 'glow' (all items need to be of the same level).
