Locked meade chests and Token vender Meade chests

Can one be mythic and the other be legendary? In the auction the difference is one says locked and one doesn't, both legendary rarity.

The token vendor crate has its rarity changed to epic with the update going out now. We didn't want to affect drop rates or luck behavior by changing the rarity of the locked crate.
