+ Failure to enter the starting circle in Parching Township within 60 seconds after all players have entered will cause you to be booted. Automatic booting only applies in pick-up groups (not to deliberately formed Parties).

It does not apply currently, but we'll likely put it everywhere that uses the starting area thing in the future.

I'm guessing there are network issues somewhere between you and us - patching is working fine from here.
