hi guys. i started al again with new account and opened trade too but i cant do any offers. it says you are not currently eligible for third party platinum offers. anyone knows how i can solve that problem?

1) Don't make new accounts.
2) You'll eventually be eligible for them, but new ones aren't allowed to do them immediately, due to too much abuse by fraudsters.

Lol if you make new account for the same plat offer you did on your main then you'll get banned for exploit.
