Thank You to our Customers - 1, 3 and 6 Month Veteran Rewards

As a special Thank You to our fans, we have implemented a system of Veteran Rewards that grant items based on the age of your account. Our first rewards are a Roman themed vanity set.

1 Month - Vanity Helmet
3 Months - Vanity Chest Armor
6 Months - Vanity Tower Shield


If you qualify for these rewards, you will find them in your account's Stash. Visit Balefort Castle and go to the NPCs behind the Consignment Shoppe to access your Stash.

If you want to check the date when your account was created you do that by:


Go to the Spacetime Nexus (button from character select or menu)
Go to "My Account"
Go to "Purchase History" and at the bottom it will show when your account was created.


For pre-existing accounts here are the date ranges for the item grants:



If your account was created before July 20th 2011 then you receive the Veteran’s Helm, Chestplate, and Shield
If your account was created between July 20th 2011 and October 20th 2011 then you receive the Veteran’s Helm and Chestplate
If your account was created between October 20th 2011 and December 20th 2011 then you receive the Veteran’s Helm.


If you don't meet those criteria then don't worry! You will be granted the appropriate rewards as your account reaches the 1 month, 3 month, and 6 month ages.

We do have plans for further Veteran Rewards. If you have ideas about what would make cool rewards, please post your thoughts to our Suggestions and Feedback Forum (http://www.spacetimestudios.com/forumdisplay.php?13-PL-Suggestions-and-Feedback). Also, we have plans to bring the Veteran Reward feature to Star Legends.

I remember making a Roman helmet out of good old brooms ;) (I feel like everyone does that at some point XD), but I'm happy to see that these helms do NOT look like a broom and instead have an epic gladiator feel :star:

Very cool indeed. Kinda wish they had a different appearance per class. The mage would look alot better in a long robe rather than plate armor. But very cool nonetheless :D

We do have plans for further rewards for longer dates (1 year, 1.5 yr, 2 years - for example) but do not have anything ready to announce publicly yet. Thanks as always for your continued support.

Just wondering, what if you had a full stash? Thankfully though I had just enough spots.
They would still be in the stash. Let's say you have 50 stash slots, all full, and then gain 3 veteran rewards. Your stash would then be at 53/50. You'd need to remove 4 items from the stash before you could put another one in. This seemed like a better solution than just deleting a few random items for you to make room ;)

Btw my shield no work with my shock lance for some reason I can only see my normal shield not my vanity, and only for this weapon :( its my best weapon but I can't look cool and have my best stats, though it really doesn't matter I was just surprised to equip and not see it.

Wether the gun goes through or not, you can still equip the shield. It just doesnt show up. Besides, the shield doesnt have any stats so its not making a difference at all.

You'll get the next one on your next anniversary. The way the system works is that it checks how old your account is when you log in. If you meet the conditions to get the item grant and you haven't been granted it yet, then it gives it to you.
