What's the probability of adding a messaging system player to player?

I seem to find myself wanting to remind another officer and/or guildmaster of a certain situation or ask them a question when they are not online.

Is the probability of a messaging system that can allow players to send messages (and maybe even items with option of COD) to offline players likely?

This has been suggested several times before in forms of an inbox or message boards in guild halls...

Not a bad idea and that could be helpful for the players specially the new players if they have a question about something
